Because our products are delivered as digital downloads, all sales are final.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
All products sold on www.nashvillesampling.com are digital goods (including sample packs, sound libraries, and related downloadable content).
Once a product has been:

Downloaded

Accessed
It cannot be returned or removed from a customer’s computer or storage device.
For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Authorized Reseller
All transactions are processed securely by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, SendOwl.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or resolve an issue in the event of:
