In 2022, we had the privilege of collaborating with Tim Very, the unmistakable rhythmic force behind Manchester Orchestra.
His playing carried weight without overpowering, power without ego, and dynamics that could lift a chorus into the stratosphere or pull a verse into something deeply intimate. His feel wasn’t mechanical. Through his tasteful use of syncopation and dynamics, Tim created a style that resonated with many musicians and producers.
With his recent passing, we’ve found ourselves revisiting the sessions that became this loop and sample collection — and realizing even more clearly what a gift they are.
This library isn’t just a pack of drum loops.
 It’s Tim’s feel. His touch. His movement.
Tim and I built this collection together, and our goal was simple: create an inspiring drum writing experience that felt authentic to Tim’s style and applicable to modern indie rock— accessible enough for beginning producers to jump in immediately, but detailed and dynamic enough to satisfy the most technically demanding productions.

Every loop captures the nuance that made Tim’s playing so distinct — the push and pull, the explosive fills, the subtle ghost notes, the emotional lift in transitions.
As we reintroduce this collection, we’re doing so with purpose. Proceeds from this library be donated to support Tim’s family.
This is our way of honoring not only the musician he was, but the husband, father, bandmate, and friend so many people loved.
Tim helped define the rhythmic backbone of emotionally driven rock music for a generation. His influence continues in the drummers he inspired, the producers he collaborated with, and the songs that still move people today.
